COZY RULES
Fair play, strict enforcement, pure skill-based gameplay.
Stay Respectful
Sexual roleplay, rape RP, racism, homophobia, sexism, and any form of disrespect are not allowed. Violations may result in a ban.
Match Your Name
Your in-game name must match your FiveM name.
Stay In Character
Remain in character at all times. Report issues through the support channel instead of using OOC.
Don't Break Character
If someone commits FAIL RP, continue the roleplay and report it on Discord after the scene ends.
No VDM
Do not use vehicles to intentionally hit or kill players.
No RDM
Do not attack or kill players without a valid roleplay reason.
No Meta Gaming
Do not use outside information to gain an advantage in-game.
Quality Roleplay
Keep your roleplay realistic and believable. Avoid unrealistic or low-effort actions.
Value Your Life
Act as if your character's life matters. Show fear when facing serious danger.
No Power Gaming
Do not abuse game mechanics or force unrealistic actions on other players.
No Combat Logging
Do not disconnect to avoid roleplay, death, or other consequences.
No Third-Party Engagement
Do not join an active roleplay unless you were involved from the beginning or have a valid RP reason.
New Life Rule (NLR)
If your character dies, you cannot return to the same situation or take revenge using previous memories.
No Force RP
Give other players a fair chance to respond. Do not force actions or outcomes on them.
Follow Templates
Use the correct report and application templates. Failure to do so may result in penalties.
Cheats & Exploits
Cheating, exploiting bugs, glitches, or using third-party programs for an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden. Do not abuse game mechanics or system vulnerabilities.
Misuse of /TP
Do not use /tp during an active roleplay or shootout. It is considered powergaming. Only use it before or after the situation.
Report Exploits
If you discover a bug, exploit, or cheat, report it to the staff immediately. Do not keep it secret, share it with others, or use it for your own benefit.
Modified RPF
Modified RPF files that remove objects, improve visibility, or provide any unfair advantage are not allowed. Violations may result in community service or harsher punishment depending on the severity.
COZY TICKETING RULES
General Ticketing Guidelines
- Must have a valid reason for issuing a ticket. Random or baseless ticketing is not allowed.
- The player must have personally involved the violation or have valid RP evidence.
- No OOC reasons. Tickets cannot be issued because of personal conflicts, OOC arguments, friendships, or previous situations.
- No Ticket Abuse. Repeatedly ticketing, targeting, or harassing a player through tickets is prohibited.
Clip Requirements
- A full is required when filing a complaint against a ticket.
- A minimum of 30 SECONDS of continuous footage must be provided.
- AUDIO is REQUIRED. The clip must contain clear game audio and, when applicable, voice communication.
- Full context required. The clip must show enough of the situation before, during and after the violation.
- Clip must be ORIGINAL (No Clips from other players).
- No Clip = Invalid Ticket Complaint.
Ticket Sanctions
- Ticket Abuse: Ticket Void.
- OOC Harassment Through Ticket: Administrative Punishment.
- Edited Clips: Ticket Rejection or Possible Administrative Punishment.
- Insufficient Evidence: Ticket Dismissed.
POV CHECK RULES
Filing POV Checks
- 1 Clip should be sent by the complainant.
- YOU CAN'T REQUEST A PC CHECK IF ONLY 1 CLIP IS PROVIDED.
- Must have a valid reason.
- Minimum of 30 SECONDS CLIP with AUDIO.
- NO CLIP = TICKET VOID.
POV Check Sanctions
- NO CLIP: Administrative Decision.
- Ticket NO RESPONSE within 6 hours: Temporary BAN.
- Ticket NO RESPONSE within 24 hours after Temporary BAN: PERMANENT BAN.
Safe Zones
No criminal activity is allowed in Safe Zones.

Red Zones
Kill on Sight (KOS) is allowed. No verbal warning is required before attacking.

Gang Base Protocols
Civilians who enter a gang base may be warned if they cooperate. Rival gang members entering a gang base can be attacked immediately. Gang base raids are not allowed. Avoid entering another gang's base unless necessary.
HOLD UPS RULES
Hold-Up Limitations
- Hold-ups are only allowed from 18:00 to 06:00 (in-game time).
- 2–4 players may participate in a hold-up.
- Class 1 weapons only.
- Wearing full-face masks and 2-tap headgear (under the helmet category) is not allowed for citizens/gang members.
- Hold‑ups may only be initiated if your group has equal or greater numbers than the target (ex. 2 hold-upers vs 2 target or 2 hold-upers vs 1 target). NOTE: 1 hold-uper cannot hold 2 target.
- Only 4-door local vehicles are allowed. Modded, VIP, Limited, Exclusive, and Imported vehicles are not allowed.
Execution & Boundaries
- Hold-ups can happen anywhere except Safe Zones.
- Give 2–3 clear verbal warnings before declaring a hold-up.
- No hard ramming with vehicles.
- Use shout mode and speak clearly.
- During a bank hold-up, you cannot force someone to withdraw money. This is considered Force RP and as well as forcing them to open their car's inventory to get their items.
- Give the victim 10 seconds to respond before taking action.
- Once a hold-up starts, do not escape into a Safe Zone or Red Zone.
- Civilians cannot hold up gangs. This is considered No Fear RP. Gangs may hold up civilians.
- You may only hold up one person or one group at a time.
- There is a 2-minute cooldown between hold-ups if no shots were fired.
TRAP HOUSE RULES
Entry & Loadout
- Maximum of 4 robbers.
- Class 1 weapons only.
- Helmets are not allowed.
- Robbers must wear the same outfit (matching top and bottom). Gang outfits, topless, naked, bikini, or outfits that hide your hands while holding a weapon are not allowed.
- Teaming up or forming alliances with other groups is prohibited.
- Only Default or 4-seater local vehicles are allowed. Gang vehicles, helicopters, modded vehicles, and other vehicle types are not permitted.
Combat Protocols
- No VDM. Do not use vehicles to ram or kill players.
- No high ground advantage. Shooting from rooftops, hills, or elevated positions is not allowed.
- No emotes before or during a shootout.
- Hiding inside vehicle trunks is prohibited.
- No Continuous RP. Do not start new engagements related to a finished scenario.
- Once the Trap House moves, the previous location is no longer a Red Zone.
- Players inside the Red Zone may shoot players outside if they pose an immediate threat. If you don't plan to contest the area, stay away.
- Players outside the Red Zone are not allowed to shoot players inside the Red Zone.
GANG HOPPING RULES
Cooldown & Roles
Gang hopping is not allowed. If you leave a gang, you must wait 48 hours (2 days) before joining another gang. Breaking this rule will result in 500 Community Service. Switching directly from one gang role to another is also considered gang hopping, even if your old role is removed first. Staff will verify violations using your in-game gang status, Discord roles, and server records. All decisions made by the administration are final.
STREET ROLLING (LS & SANDY TO PALETO)
Los Santos (LS) Street War
- Class 1 M x F (NO HELMET) | Class 2 Sat to Sun (HELMET IS ALLOWED).
- Full-face masks are prohibited for all gang members.
- Exclusive and modded cars are strictly prohibited.
- Accessories or clothing items with known bugs/exploits that provide gameplay advantages are strictly prohibited.
- Costumes or unrealistic outfits (ex. alien suits, ghillie suits, wings, bugged accessories, etc.) are not allowed; only official gang rep.
- Maximum of 4 members per rolling.
- FAKE rolling is strictly prohibited.
Sandy to Paleto Rolling
- Class 1, 2, and 3 are allowed.
- Helmets are allowed.
- Maximum of 4 members per rolling.
- Fake rolling in Sandy - Paleto is prohibited.
- All terms of the conflict shall be determined solely by the two gangs.
Universal Rolling & Engagement Rules
- All threats must be clearly spoken using Shout voice mode during engagements.
- Give proper verbal threats before attacking. If the other party refuses to cooperate, you may start a shootout.
- Backup must stay out of sight until needed.
- Do not use another gang's vehicle until the gang war is officially cleared.
- No third-party interference. If two gangs are already fighting, do not join or interrupt.
- During a gang war wave, the opposing gang may shoot on sight if you approach them, even before an ACKNOWLEDGE template is posted.
- After each wave, give the opposing gang 2 minutes to post an official CLEAR. "No gunshot = clear" does not count.
- Base raids are not allowed. Camping outside or near gang hood is not allowed.
- KOS (Kill on Sight) is valid for 1 hour after the official KOS template is posted. KOS must be officially lifted using the proper template. Failure to do so will result in gang sanctions.
- Returning to your gang base during an ongoing roleplay or shootout will be considered evading roleplay.
- No RP stacking. You cannot join a Rolling, Gang War, Turf War, or Airdrop while your gang is already involved in another active gang conflict.
GANG WAR, MEETUPS & ALLIANCES
Meetups & Locations
- All meetup requests are only valid through template.
- Invited gangs must confirm the request and go to the location given by the requester. If they refuse to join the war, they must provide a valid reason and declare danyos upon meeting. Not complying counts as evading RP.
- Only the winning gang can invite the losing gang to a meetup. The losing gang cannot refuse; if they don't want a gang war, they must pay Gang Danyos instead.
- Meetups must be held in LS, Sandy, or Paleto Bay (chosen by the winning gang).
- They cannot take place near any gang base, Turf War, Airdrop, Trap House, or active gang war.
Shootouts, Waves & Alliances
- Shootouts are allowed, but both gangs must talk first before opening fire.
- Golden Rules: No setups, no high-ground advantage, no one-way positions.
- The gang that wins a wave chooses the location for the next wave.
- Before fighting, both gangs must agree on the weapons to use (Class 1–3 firearms or melee depending on the day/date).
- Every gang war must have at least 3 waves.
- Alliances: Only allowed if a gang has not enough members or has half or fewer members than the opposing gang. Alliances must be submitted using the official template, and the opposing gang must be informed before the alliance is used.
TURF WAR RULES
Turf War Standards
- Class 1 is allowed. Official gangs only. Civilians are not allowed to join.
- All participants must wear their official gang outfit (gang rep) and NO HELMET. Wearing helmets is strictly prohibited.
- Turf Wars can only start if at least 7 gang members are online.
- Gang vehicles only. Do not use an enemy gang's vehicle until the opposing gang has been completely eliminated.
- No emotes before or during a shootout.
- Players inside the Red Zone may shoot players outside the Red Zone.
- Players near the Red Zone may be attacked or rammed into the zone. Stay away if you are not joining the fight.
- If you die, do not return to the same Turf War (NLR).
- No Continuous RP. Do not start a new engagement from a finished scenario.
- The area remains a Red Zone even after the countdown ends.
- No RP stacking. Players already involved in another gang war or gang-related RP cannot join or contest the Turf War.

Do not spam templates. Use clear and respectful language. Profanity is not allowed. Only use templates for their intended purpose. Always spell ACKNOWLEDGE or ACKNOWLEDGED correctly. Template violations: 1st offense: Warning | 2nd offense: 250 Community Service (CS).

GANG SANCTIONS POLICY
Admin Verification & Rules
- Gang sanctions can only be issued by Admins.
- A sanction requires proof that at least 8 gang members were involved. This must be clearly shown in bodycam footage.
- Gangs that fail to pay the required Gang Danyos may also receive sanctions if confirmed through a support ticket.
- Gang sanctions apply to gang rule violations (not personal rule violations) involving 8 or more members.
- Community Service (CS) from a gang sanction may be shared among members, with a minimum of 250 CS per member. Other gang members may help complete the total CS if needed.
- Gang members cannot leave the gang while a gang sanction is active.
Server Sanction Matrix
If a rule does not list a specific punishment, the default penalty is 250 Community Service (CS) per player. Discrimination and toxic behavior may result in 1,000 CS up to a permanent ban.
